1. About these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through its forms. Job Seeker Copilot is currently in development and is not being offered as a fully available public service through this website.

2. Early-access list

Joining the waitlist records your interest in product updates. It does not create a product account, guarantee access, reserve a place in a particular release or commit us to a launch date. You may ask to leave the list at any time.

2A. Early-access offer terms

Owner reviewed. No separate promotional start, end or invitation date is specified. The offer applies only while it is enabled and displayed on this website.

This promotional offer applies only to eligible confirmed waitlist participants selected for the early-access programme. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection, immediate access or an invitation on a particular date.

• The submitted email address must be confirmed before a participant can be considered eligible.
• The bonus is limited to 20,000 tokens per eligible person or account and is credited only when the eligible early-access account is created.
• Duplicate, fraudulent or automated registrations may be excluded.
• Promotional tokens are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
• The offer may be amended or withdrawn before tokens are credited. Any material change affecting participants who have already qualified should be communicated fairly.
• Use of promotional tokens remains subject to the product Terms & Conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or another person’s information;
• introduce malware, interfere with service operation or overwhelm forms or endpoints with automated requests;
• submit false, abusive, unlawful or infringing material;
• scrape, copy or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without written permission; or
• misrepresent an association with Job Seeker Copilot.

4. Intellectual property

The website, Job Seeker Copilot name, logo, design, copy, software and product images are owned by or licensed to Job Seeker Copilot and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

5. Product information and pricing

Feature descriptions, roadmap items, AI Credit pricing and generation estimates describe the current development direction and application configuration. They may change before or after launch. Planned features are not commitments, and no release dates are promised.

6. Job-search information

Job Seeker Copilot is intended to help organise a job search and prepare application materials. It does not provide recruitment, legal or professional career advice and cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party job listings, interviews, offers or employment outcomes. Users remain responsible for reviewing documents and deciding what to submit to an employer.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may refer or link to third-party job sources, hosting services or other websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

8. Service availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the pre-launch website without notice. We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Consumer rights that apply by law are not affected.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms as the website and product develop. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
