The UK job market is changing. Official statistics show that vacancies are below their pre-pandemic level and that there are more unemployed people for each vacancy than a year ago. Many job seekers must also manage applications, documents and follow-ups across several services.
These figures provide national context only. They do not measure Job Seeker Copilot’s effectiveness, imply government endorsement or predict an individual job-search outcome.
